Gearheads Garage

Well I had to have a transmission for my Dodge pickup and I called around and everyone I called told me that they where over a month out. This Is my work truck and I needed it ASAP and Gearheads told me to bring it and let them look at it and see what they could. They ordered a transmission and I had it done basically in two weeks. They also took a part of the old transmission for me to take back that was new and didn’t charge me. I thought they did a great job in a timely manner and they never got upset when I called just to check on it. Very polite and professional people and knowledgeable as well. I will take my vehicles there when I need anything from now on.

Went in the shop 6/17 for an oil change, it was raining super hard and Chris ran outside to assist me twice with no issue and apologized for my short wait. I waited less than 10 minutes for a full service oil change and Chris also topped off my coolant and added Windshield wash free of charge and without me asking. Sam checked me out and was a stand-up man, he waited patiently for me to find a coupon and told me everything that got done on the car. Great team, both those guys deserve raises!

They took a great care of me and my car! I changed my oil at Walmart a couple of days ago and my oil pressure sensor started flashing whenever I am on idle or pushing the brakes. I was about to go on a long drive and my regular mechanics were in Chicago, so no way I was going to get there with the possibility of such problems, I was nearly panicking. Shirley was very kind and helpful, I was able to get to them the very morning after the problem started, Chris checked everything in my car, found a faulty sensor and a couple of more things that needed to be addressed. Also I met and talked to Viva, the owner, a great guy that rocks! They did all the work the same day I left my car and I picked it up this morning, already cleared to go and told what to pay attention to. The price was reasonable. I am happy I decided to rely on them, definitely come back should I have to do other repairs. Communication is on a highest level, I didn’t feel dumb with all my questions. I extremely appreciate your work, guys!!

Took my 24 sierra in for an alignment after a leveling kit and another shop could not get it right and gave up. They took their time made multiple adjustments to get it perfect and went above and beyond on getting it right and kept my interior clean! Other shop trashed it… highly recommend them! Chris is the man!

Chris and Jay went over and beyond to take care of my tire that popped over a snowstorm/brutal cold weekend. Exceptional Customer service, the speediest special order tire (2hrs), and extremely fair price start to finish! Big fan!
